Step 1
Understand that God created you to have an eternal relationship with Him.
Step 2
Realize that both the sin of mankind and your sin as an individual not only has separated you from the God who created you, but it makes it impossible for you to do anything to save yourself.
Step 3
Believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross nearly 2000 years ago to pay the penalty for your sins; and because of that sacrifice, not only can your sins be forgiven, you can stand in right relationship with God.
Step 4
The Bible says you must believe in Jesus Christ, repent and turn away from your sins, and call upon the name of the Lord, or pray and ask Jesus to come into your life. If you are willing, Christ will come in and you will be part of God’s “Forever Family”.
Step 5
After you have prayed and become a Christian, follow the Lord in Believer’s Baptism, read the Bible, pray daily, and join a Bible-believing church like Berea/ Parkway.
